This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well established premium brand based in Maidenhead, where you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, developing accounts, and supporting continued business success.
Salary £30,000 – £35,000 plus bonus/commission, private healthcare, gym membership and free parking. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm.
This position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, re-engaging lapsed customers, and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll work closely with decision makers across your accounts, ensuring excellent service and introducing new products or initiatives.
Key responsibilities
* Managing and developing client accounts
* Re-engaging lapsed accounts and restoring orders
* Contacting clients regularly to share updates and build relationships
* Preparing pricing proposals using Excel
* Updating CRM/ERP systems with account information and reports
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Monitoring performance and suggesting improvements
About you
* Proven experience in account management, customer service or sales
* Excellent communication skills, confident on the phone and professional in writing
* IT literate comfortable using Word, Excel and CRM systems
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Commercially aware, proactive and confident in building strong client relationships
