Our client, a leading main contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take charge of a prestigious £40m Department for Education project based in Leeds.

The Role:
* Overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring programme, quality, and H&S targets are met.
* Leading and coordinating subcontractors across multiple packages.
* Acting as the key interface between the project team, client, and stakeholders.
* Driving best practice in delivery, safety, and compliance.
The Candidate:
* Proven track record as a Construction Manager on projects £20m+.
* Background in education or public-sector builds advantageous.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage complex build programmes.
The Package:
* £85,000 basic salary
