You will be working for an independent firm of commercial property consultants who are very well established in SW London and Surrey. They have a diverse property portfolio specialising in office, industrial, retail, investment & development opportunities. Duties will include: Rent and service charge collection Ensuring compliance with landlords’ covenants Full tenant liaison Organisation and supervision of maintenance and repairs Monitoring of rent reviews and lease renewals Service charge budgeting and reconciliations Regular property inspections Advice and compliance with statutory regulations Strategic property advice You will need experience working in commercial property management with a good understanding of landlord and tenant work and service charge processes. The role is paying a salary of up to £50,000 with a competitive benefits package and long term career progress.
