ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for reliable Groundworkers - Highways and Infrastructure to join our Infrastructure and Highways teams on a busy project in Bristol. You will support a range of general groundworks activities, helping deliver safe and high-quality projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * General groundworks including digging, backfilling and concreting * Assisting with externals (slabs, kerbs, edgings) where required * Assisting plant operators and banking 360 machines and dumpers * Basic drainage and ducting works as directed by the Foreman * Keeping work areas safe, tidy and compliant with site rules * Working as part of a gang to support programme delivery REQUIREMENTS: * CSCS Labourer/Groundworker card or equivalent, with proven site experience * Confident carrying out general groundworks tasks under supervision * Able to follow drawings, levels and instructions from supervisors * Reliable, punctual and able to work well with other trades * Right to work in the UK DESIRABLE: * CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper and/or Ride-On Roller * CAT & Genny ticket * Safety Critical Medical Please note: To comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards that are CSCS-affiliated and carry the CSCS hologram.
