The Role
* Build and test responsive HTML email templates and components
* Develop and manage automated, ‘always-on’ email journeys in Dotdigital
* Implement personalisation logic and dynamic content using tools like Fresh Relevance
* Design and publish related landing pages and campaign content
* Conduct rendering tests and troubleshoot formatting or delivery issues
* Use AI tools to optimise subject lines, send times, and variants
* Maintain and evolve our modular email design system
* Ensure accessibility, GDPR compliance, and email best practice throughout
The Person
* 3–5 years\' experience in email production, coding, or CRM campaign execution
* Strong HTML/CSS skills for responsive, mobile-friendly email builds
* Proficiency with ESPs (e.g. Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
* Familiarity with testing tools (e.g. Litmus, Email on Acid)
* Understanding of personalisation, segmentation, and triggered journeys
* Comfortable using AI tools to streamline and enhance production
* Knowledge of GDPR, accessibility, and deliverability best practices
* A calm, methodical approach with great attention to detail and QA
As the role is hybrid, candidates will need to live in the North West to be able to make office visits at least once a week
