We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our small, friendly, team based in Cobbs Wood Industrial Estate, Ashford. This is an office-based role, so applicants living locally or with a short commute will be ideal.
While previous experience in an office environment is desirable, full training for role-specific tasks will be provided. The successful candidate will be well-organised, detail-oriented, and confident using standard Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing contract records
* Preparing staff expenses & credit card transactions
* Recording company purchases and sales on Xero Accounting Package
* Processing supplier payments
* Credit control and chasing overdue invoices
* Reviewing bank statements
* Assisting with VAT transactions
* Providing general administrative support to the office
Role Details
* Job Type:Part-Time (Permanent)
* Work Location: In-person, Ashford, Kent
* Approx. 4 hours per day
* Work to be completed during Office Hours
* Pay: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience
