As the dedicated People Partner, you will serve as the primary contact for all people-related matters, working closely with school leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver a responsive, professional, and solutions-driven HR service across the full employee lifecycle.

From handling day-to-day HR administration to navigating complex employee relations and contributing to strategic workforce planning alongside the Head of HR, you’ll be involved in every aspect of HR delivery. Whether it’s resolving onboarding challenges, coordinating learning and development initiatives, or troubleshooting payroll queries, your versatility and hands-on approach will be key.

2. Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance, escalating complex issues where appropriate.
3. Coordinate and deliver HR processes including onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

7. Liaise with payroll and central teams to help resolve pay or contract queries.
8. Contribute to HR integration activities during new acquisitions, with support from the wider HR team.
9. Use HR data and insights to inform improvements and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice to ensure advice and documentation are compliant.
11. Work collaboratively with the wider HR function to ensure consistent practice across the Group.
12. Travel occasionally to sites.
