? The Role
As Sous Chef, you will:
* Support the Head Chef in leading a busy, professional kitchen
* Deliver high-quality, seasonal dishes with consistency
* Lead and motivate the brigade during service
* Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene, and cost control standards
* Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development
