Job Description
Min 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
Strong organizational and leadership skills of at least 3-5 years of track record in managing a sales team
Knowledgeable and excellent networking
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
Roles & Responsibilities
* Direct the Sales team to result in client satisfaction and revenue growth
* Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets and maximise sales opportunities
* Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention
* Build and maintain strong and long‑lasting relationships with existing and new customers while understanding their business objectives and needs
* Foster relationships with existing and new customers to achieve desired revenue
* Promote positivity and motivation within the Sales team
* Investigate and resolve factors impacting sales performance
* Monitor changes in industry and leverage them for business opportunities
* Review sales performance and analyze performance reports
