The firm specialises in working with property developers both large and small through the whole development process from site acquisition, site set up, development & plot sales.
Their clients range from small local developers with a small number of units to sell to large national developers with hundreds of units being released at a time.
If you are an experienced Plot Sales Paralegal and have experience of…
* Liaising with developer clients on a daily basis – chasing for information and documentation.
* Setting up legal packs
* Managing exchange of contracts
* Undertaking Land Registry Applications
To be successful in this role you should have significant Plot Sales Paralegal experience.
