Devon Educational Psychology Service
We are looking for a Specialist Senior EP to take a lead role in supporting the Virtual Schools Team work for an 18 month period.

This is the role – Specialist Senior Educational Psychologist
1. Lead and deliver specialist Educational Psychology projects that improve outcomes for children and young people aged 0–25 within a designated area of need.
2. To lead and attend strategic and operational meetings relevant to the area of specialism. To work closely with, and advise, other individual professionals, key services or groups of practitioners associated with the area of specialism, in order to support or coordinate multidisciplinary responses to local and national developments.
3. Provide strategic leadership and professional advice to schools, services and multi‑agency partners at both operational and strategic levels.
4. Support, supervise and coordinate the work of Educational Psychologists, trainee EPs and Assistant Psychologists within the specialist area.
5. Design and deliver high‑quality training, CPD and resources for professionals, parents and carers to promote best practice.
6. Contribute to service development, quality assurance, research and evaluation, ensuring work is impactful and aligned with service priorities.
