Quality Assurance Officer
Location - Homebased within the Home Counties with extensive travel across Oxfordshire, Hampshire and the wider South East
including the London fringes.
Working Hours - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00AM 5:00PM)
Salary - £35,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance
Role Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Officer to join a quality and operational performance team supporting accommodation services across a large property and maintenance contract. Working within a team of five and reporting to the Contract Quality Manager, the role combines data analysis with operational involvement across sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing performance data, validating operational information and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery across the contract. Although the role is primarily homebased, the position requires regular travel across the Home Counties and South East to carry out site visits, audits and engagement with operational teams. The role is well suited to someone with strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills who is comfortable working with data but also engaging directly with operational teams to support quality and performance improvements.
