We’re now looking for an experienced Landscape Project Manager to join our growing team – someone who thrives on leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standards.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of multiple landscape projects across the region – managing everything from quotations and planning through to completion and client handover. Working closely with our team, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage landscape projects from quotation through to successful completion and handover
* Prepare and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
* Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress on-site
* Conduct site visits to assess quality, safety, and timelines

* Track and record all project documentation, variations, and approvals
* Support the Company Director in improving efficiency and project profitability
* Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in project management within landscaping, construction, or a related field
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to interpret design drawings and technical documents
* Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers
* Financial awareness and confidence in cost control and quoting
* Competent with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
* Full UK driving licence
* A qualification or background in landscape management, horticulture, construction, or project management would be an advantage, but it’s not essential – we value experience, leadership, and a passion for quality above all.
Key Attributes
* A natural leader with strong team spirit and emotional intelligence
* Commercially aware and focused on results
* Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable under pressure
* Committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
* Professional, approachable, and client‑focused
Why Join Us?
* Be part of a respected, family‑run business with a genuine passion for landscapes
* Work on diverse, high‑quality projects across the region
* Enjoy a supportive environment where teamwork and communication matter
* Opportunity to shape the future of our growing business
