Key Responsibilities:
Implement and reinforce behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
De-escalate challenging behaviours calmly and effectively, helping students to regulate emotions and actions.
Support the academic and personal development of students, fostering
Qualifications and Experience:
Strong understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
Experience working in a PRU or alternative provision setting (desirable but not essential).
