We are recruiting a Contractor Compliance & CDM Officer to support safe delivery of Facilities Management projects across multiple UK sites. If you have a strong background in Health & Safety within construction or FM environments and enjoy working proactively with contractors and internal teams, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in CDM compliance, auditing, site inspections and ensuring contractor control measures are effectively implemented.
The role
Conduct regular Health & Safety inspections on FM projects
Ensure contractor compliance with CDM and company policies
Report on H&S performance, risks and improvement actions
Support investigations and produce data-driven analysis
Provide guidance to improve safety standards across sites
Build strong working relationships with project teams and contractors
Travel regularly between UK locations and manage workload independently
Location: Hybrid role with 34 days per week on-site (UK-wide travel required)

Skills and experience
NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate (essential)
Proven experience within construction or facilities project environments
Understanding of H&S auditing processes
Desirable
NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6)
CSCS Card
Auditing qualification (45001/14001)
