Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation work, demonstrating proficiency with both domestic and commercial installation and maintenance. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults efficiently. As an Electrician, you will be required to work alone or as part of a small team to complete task such as emergency fault finding, complete full scale rewires, knowledge of CCTV, Fire alarm systems and data points. Must be able to complete a job unaided and to a high standard (clean and tidy)
Duties
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine wiring layouts.
* Use hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out electrical work.
* Conduct routine inspection and testing of there own work and conduct EICR's.
* Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes during all tasks.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless project completion.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Electrician.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
* Ability to read technical documents and blueprints accurately.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
* Electrical Qualifications (NVQ3, desirable),previous experience in the field. We look forward to welcoming a dedicated Electrician who is eager to contribute their skills and expertise to our team
