We are currently recruiting a full time Administrator to support out Adult Supported Living Services in East Ayrshire. This is a permanent role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with time required in the office and working from home.
As the service Administrator you will work alongside managers, team leaders and support staff and provide them with day-to-day administrative support. The role will include working to strict deadlines and ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out and meeting to strict deadlines.
What you will need to bring to the role
1. Previous experience in working in a similar role
2. Good interpersonal skills, interact with people from all walks of life.
3. Effective communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, written & IT skills
4. Confident in problem solving and decision making. Ability to consult others appropriately.
5. Ability to work as part of a team either working alongside others or remotely as appropriate
6. Accountable and committed to high personal work standards.
7. Ability to put learning into practice and prepared to take on new challenges.
