Sales Support Administrator

Duties to include:
1. Receiving, logging and processing customer enquiries.
2. Preparing customer quotations and processing orders.
3. Following up quotations to make sure customers have everything they need for their project.
4. Attending project and production meetings.
5. Liaising with the technical team regarding bespoke items to accurately price.
6. Coordinating projects from start to finish.
7. Updating customers on progress.

1. To be computer literate and able to use Excel.
2. To have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
