Position: Process Reliability Engineer - Hampshire
Employment Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience
Location: This role will involve 2/3 days WFH and 2/3 days travelling to different Hampshire sites or at an office in the Hampshire area.
We are recruiting a Process Reliability Engineer based in Hampshire to develop strategies that ensure high standards of asset maintenance, aiming to increase reliability and minimize downtime.
The successful candidate will help expand our team focused on delivering strategies within Wastewater, transitioning from reactive to planned maintenance, and establishing a reliability-centered maintenance approach during our AMP 8 investment period.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing RCM strategies for cost-effective and efficient asset maintenance, ensuring reliability, legislative, and environmental compliance.
You will monitor maintenance strategies through asset performance data, asset information reviews, surveillance, and KPI trending to improve asset uptime and efficiency.
Conduct reliability studies such as FMECA and RCA assessments to enhance asset performance, applying industry standards and best practices in daily asset engineering activities.
Maintain detailed documentation of reliability strategies, maintenance procedures, failure analysis, and best practices.
To succeed, you should have:
* Thorough knowledge of wastewater operational equipment and processes.
* Knowledge of FMECA, RCA, Reliability Block Diagrams (not essential).
* Experience in analyzing, operating, maintaining assets.
* Ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently, and meet targets/deadlines.
* Effective cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Flexible approach and engaging personal style.
* Strong logical and analytical skills, with excellent planning abilities.
* Process Engineering degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
