Location: Maxim Park, Motherwell. We have exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives to join us in our Maxim office. This is a hybrid position with 50% of your working week spent in the Maxim office. Start date: October 27.

Responsibilities
* Handle insurance claims with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss in a modern and welcoming office environment.
* Primarily a phone-based role; manage home claims from start to resolution, guiding customers through the claims process, gathering necessary information, and assessing claims in line with policies and procedures to reach the best outcomes for customers.
Skills And Experience
* Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers A0needs.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to listen and reason empathetically.
* Flexible attitude towards change and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good level of IT skills to navigate systems.
Working Hours
* Shift patterns covering 8am-9pm Monday to Friday and 8am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.
* Current rotation includes one late shift every 4 weeks and one weekend day every 4 weeks.
* Average of 35 hours per week over 5 days; shifts on a rota basis; flexibility required.
* Open on Bank Holidays.
