About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Delivery Managers to contribute to our focused implementation of strategic changes at TPR.

The Delivery Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of initiatives or work-packages within the organisation. This role involves facilitating matrix teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, setting and monitoring of budgets, and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The post holder will have experience in management of initiatives, a basic understanding of iterative delivery methodologies, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

TPR applies Agile methodologies by default, while understanding that we need to work within agreed tolerances of time, cost and quality. A Delivery Manager role can flexibly operate as a Scrum Master and Project manager depending on the needs of the assigned initiatives.

The role criteria

* Proven experience leading complex change initiatives across HR, digital, or operational environments.
* Successful delivery of end-to-end systems or services that enhance organisational capability, such as performance management or digital platforms.
* Strong risk and dependency management skills within highly governed and stakeholder-rich environments.
* Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery, including the use of tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
* Proactive governance leadership, including engagement with project boards, PMOs, and senior stakeholders.
* Inspirational leadership and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build consensus and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.

The team

This role is within Planning, Partnerships and Corporate Reporting at TPR. This team is at the centre of all TPR initiatives and includes skilled change professionals who are experienced across Project Delivery, Business Analysis and Design and Portfolio Management and Quality.
