What you’ll be doing: Yo u will work closely with the Service Manager to deliver a safe, high-quality service, being visible and hands-on in the day-to-day running of this complex needs service of 15 self-contained flats and shared communal areas. You will support people to achieve their goals, access the community and grow in independence. Working on a rota (including sleep-ins), you will step into the Service Manager role when required, leading the team, monitoring performance, and supporting staff through one-to-ones, appraisals and team meetings. You will build positive relationships with all stakeholders and live our values, delivering person-centred, flexible support that helps people live fulfilling lives.
