What you’ll be doing: Park Place is a welcoming supported living service that three male individuals currently call home. There is also an adjoining annex, ready to offer a home to one more person in the near future – meaning you’ll have the opportunity to support up to four individuals in total. At Park Place, we focus on helping each person live a full and meaningful life. This includes supporting them to take part in activities they enjoy, build connections in their community, and maintain important friendships and family relationships. You’ll play an active role in supporting people with everyday routines such as personal care, medication, finances, and household tasks – always in a way that respects their independence and choices. All individuals communicate verbally, but may need support with decision-making, understanding options, and taking positive risks that help them grow in confidence. Most importantly, you’ll be empowering each person to live as independently as possible, celebrating their strengths and supporting them to achieve their personal goals.
