The role
As the Registered Nurse(RGN), you will be reporting to the Unit Manager and will be responsible for the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents care and supporting their independence within the social care setting. You will be required to administer medication in line with NMC and provide efficient handover to staff.
As well as an NMC registration, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in order to document and keep records efficiently.
It is desirable that you have a compassionate nature and be able to build rapport with residents and their families. You should also be able to work well in a team and be able to deliver an exceptional level of care safely and in a compliant manner.

* RGN Pay Rate: £23.94 - £45.98 per hour, depending on shifts and qualifying period
