Warehouse OperativeWe are working with a well-established organisation that is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team in Crawley. This is a permanent role.The Role:You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring stock is picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation. Responsibilities will include:
* Picking and packaging stock for customer orders, ensuring suitability for transport.
* Carrying out stock checks and assisting with stock queries.
* Loading and unloading shipments for dispatch.
* Supporting booking in deliveries and unloading goods.
* Checking, labelling, and repackaging products for storage.
* Entering stock accurately into the system and maintaining a tidy, safe working environment.
* Providing occasional support to the delivery driver when required.
About You:
* Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or pick & pack is desirable.
* Forklift licence (reach and/or counterbalance) is an advantage - training provided if needed.
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and data entry skills.
* A team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Full UK driving licence desirable.
Package & Benefits:
* £26,350 basic salary per annum.
* Profit share scheme after probation.

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 18:00.
