Responsibilities: Taking inbound calls. Provide a customer-friendly service. Make accurate and detailed reports of each customer interaction. Operate within a number of third-party CRM systems to log requests. Adhere to PCI compliance guidelines. Manage workload the prioritise tasks appropriately. Liaise with clients, customers and engineers to maintain positive working relationships.
