Our client is a well-established organisation in South Liverpool who are looking for Building Contract Manager. The hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4:30pm.
Role responsibilities include:
1. Manage and monitor health, safety, and environment on site, and regularly audit teams and personnel under your control.
2. Maintain and communicate effectively and efficiently with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
3. To work closely with and support the Operations Manager to achieve expected commercial, safety and productivity targets.
4. Responsible for producing Budget Forecast throughout the year, delivery against budgets, turnover, profitability and ensuring payment within agree timescales.
5. Responsible for revenue estimation and sales invoicing and understanding the financial and commercial health of all contracts.
6. Involved in creating and monitoring the various programmes required to deliver works.
7. Submission of material and Supply Chain Partner requisitions
8. To direct resources of people, vehicles, plant, materials, sub-contractors, and premises, to achieve the aims and objectives within the local business plan.
9. H&S Management
10. Management of commercial function
11. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stake holders
12. Staff Management experience
Skills required:
13. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
