Job Description:
Working on a number of bids, this design consultancy require Mechanical Design Engineers with a building services background to join their team.
Working on both public and private projects, much of this company's workload involves healthcare and higher education schemes, particularly technical buildings and accommodation.
Joining this design team you will be responsible for designs on healthcare and technical projects. For the more senior role it is also expected that you will take responsibility for the management of projects from conception through to completion managing the project and supervising the work of Junior/Intermediate Engineers.
Person Specification:
As a Mechanical Design Engineer within this organisation you will need to demonstrate your design skills and knowledge gained from working within a consultancy.
It would be an advantage if you had a knowledge of both British and European standards, and you will ideally have a degree or other higher education qualifications.
You will come from a design background and ideally have some experience of working on education and healthcare projects. Hevacomp and AutoCAD experience would be a distinct advantage.
