Property Litigation Senior Associate-Milton Keynes or Northampton with hybrid working

Role
* Dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land
* Running own matters as well as assisting more senior lawyers with their cases
* Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
* Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
* Advising on private nuisance and trespass
You
* 6+ years PQE in Property Litigation
* Ability to deal with a broad range of clients
* Excellent client relationship skills
* Strong commercial acumen
