* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and families to support student progress
* Promote student confidence and independence through creative and innovative teaching strategies
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience supporting students with SEND
* Demonstrate effective classroom management and strong communication skills
* Be proactive, flexible, and responsive in their teaching approach
* Be committed to delivering impactful and meaningful learning experiences
* Be highly organised and dedicated to supporting student growth and development
