We're looking for a dedicated Painter/Mould Wash Operative to join our team, working across the Ipswich to Cambridge region and occosionally North West London/Camden. The Role You'll be responsible for carrying out mould washing and repainting works in occupied and void social housing properties. Your duties will include: Treating and cleaning areas affected by mould and damp Preparing and painting walls, ceilings, and woodwork to a high standard Ensuring all work is completed safely, cleanly, and efficiently Maintaining accurate records of work completed Providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents About You Previous experience in painting, decorating, or property maintenance in social housing / council properties A full UK driving licence (essential) Knowledge of safe working practices and COSHH regulations Attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship Good communication and time management skills
