• £80,000 - £85,000 + 20% bonus & car allowance

• London | Hybrid working model | Travelling in UK involved

The Head of Global Social & Community will play a pivotal role in elevating brand awareness, strengthening global engagement, and building meaningful, always-on connections with diverse audiences across key markets.


Role Overview

The Head of Global Social & Community will define and lead the global social media and community strategy, ensuring social activity drives engagement, cultural relevance, and measurable commercial impact.


The Head of Global Social & Community will:

* Own and deliver short- and long-term global social strategies aligned to brand and business goals
* Lead social-first, insight-led campaigns that connect with audiences across multiple regions
* Drive global community growth through innovative engagement and platform-native storytelling
* Oversee influencer and creator strategies to boost awareness, credibility, and conversion
* Partner with regional teams to adapt global strategy for local market relevance


You Will Need

* Proven experience leading global social media strategies for large, consumer-facing brands
* Strong expertise in influencer, creator, and community-led marketing programmes
* A track record of delivering data-driven social campaigns across international markets
* Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
* Confidence collaborating cross-functionally with product, creative, media, and agency partners
