Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Liverpool for a Staff Roster Coordinator. The Staff Roster Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing staff schedules, coordinating shifts and ensuring adequate staffing levels. Additional responsibilities include managing leave requests, liaising with staff to address scheduling issues and maintaining up-to-date records of staff availability and roster changes. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth operations and compliance with workforce regulations.
Qualifications
* Experience in scheduling, staff management, and roster coordination
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector is a plus
* A relevant qualification in human resources or business administration is beneficial
