This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to play a key role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, supporting them through high-quality statutory social work practice. The Role: You will be responsible for working with children and young people who are looked after, ensuring their needs are met and that plans are outcome focused, timely, and child centred.
