We are seeking individuals who are committed to supporting children with special educational needs and helping them thrive in both mainstream and specialist settings. About the Role * Work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. * Support children with a range of needs in mainstream classrooms or special schools. * Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. * Provide care, encouragement, and tailored support to help every child reach their potential. What We’re Looking For * Availability for full-time hours (8:30am – 3:30pm). * Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for education. * Experience working with children or young people is desirable, but not essential – training and guidance will be provided.
