What You'll Do
We're looking for a Pipeline Engineer to evolve our metahuman infrastructure, optimize computational workflows, and build scalable solutions for our digital character creation pipeline. In this role, you'll bridge technical expertise with creativity to empower artists and developers.
In this role, you will
* Design and implement efficient pipeline systems for metahuman data capture and synthetic generation
* Collaborate with other pipeline TDs to solve complex technical challenges across multiple production workflows
* Create and maintain user-facing tools that streamline digital character creation processes
* Optimize computational workflows to improve performance and scalability of our metahuman infrastructure
* Identify and resolve production bottlenecks through innovative technical solutions
What We're Looking For
* Strong Python programming skills with experience building production-ready tools and systems
* 3+ years of experience in technical pipeline development for animation, games, or visual effects
* Proficiency with digital content creation tools such as Maya, with knowledge of rigging or animation pipelines
* Demonstrated ability to understand artist workflows and translate their needs into technical solutions
* Self-starter mentality with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience building user-facing tools with intuitive interfaces
* Familiarity with game engines (particularly Unreal Engine) is highly desirable
