We are looking for an enthusiastic professional and welcoming Help Desk Operative to come and join a team. Working within a commercial office which is home to one of the UKs most well renown insurance companies. With this role you will be apart of a team of Helpdesk Operatives to ensure the Helpdesk runs smoothly in a timely and professional manner. Duties will include
* Orienteering PPM records
* CAFM Systems
* Reports and Logbooks
* Phone calls and Mailboxes
* Meet and greet
* Working the reception desk
* Setting up meeting rooms
* Soft services and general receptionist duties.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be working for one of the largest UKs facilities maintenance companies, with all training and upskilling provided. Purpose of the role: Responsible for the delivery of services and processes supporting the core business and to provide the most suitable working environment for our client's employees. To provide best practice, to improve efficiency by reducing operating costs and increasing productivity within Facilities Management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Have a proven ability to lead, motivate and train a team, having a great work ethic
* Be an integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and support other business activities
* Ensuring the reception is running smoothly
* Log all office related issues/jobs on the system
* Manage and monitor the helpdesk and liaise with the clients engineer to ensure all issues/queries are dealt with in a timely manner
* Attend to general issues and fixing simple problems
* Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
* To administer quality management system documentation and ensure compliance.
