Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons to nursery-aged children
* Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop
* Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
* Attend meetings and training sessions as required
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with nursery-aged children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching nursery-aged children
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of early childhood development principles
* Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
* Strong classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in Early Years Education
* Experience with special educational needs (SEN) children
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily indoors in a nursery school setting
* Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend work for events or meetings
* Interact with children, parents, and other staff members on a daily basis
