In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming service requests, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between clients and engineers. You'll play a key part in delivering excellent service and maintaining operational efficiency.\n \nKey Responsibilities \n\nHandle incoming requests via phone, email, and internal systems\n\nLog and manage service jobs in the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system\n\nAllocate work orders to appropriate engineers and monitor progress to completion\n\nProvide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders\n\nMaintain records, generate reports, and manage general administrative tasks\n\nAssist in compiling timesheets and uploading engineer quotes\n\nLiaise with contractors to arrange cover as needed\n\nSupport the wider facilities team in upholding service standards\n \nPerson Specification \nEssential: \n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nHigh attention to detail with a methodical approach\n\nAbility to prioritise tasks and work under pressure\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems\n\nTeam-oriented with a proactive attitude\n \nDesirable: \n\nPrevious experience in a facilities or helpdesk environment\n\nFamiliarity with CAFM systems
