My client is a worldwide organisation with an outstanding reputation based within the Hillington Industrial Estate. We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Control Technician with a background in Manufacturing/ Food industry sector. Shifts You will be working day shift - 7:30am - 4pm = 39 hours per week Pay rate - £13.20 per hour Within this role as a Quality Control Technician of you will: * Ensure that all production samples are QC checked correctly and accurately against SAP requirements. * Any products deemed to be out with specification communicated & escalated clearly to the site team. * Ensure that customer certificates are sent in a timely manner. * Weigh out small quantity ingredients for use in production accurately. * Responsible for the cleanliness of the laboratory paperwork * Carry out internal audits and inspections * Investigation of customer complaints * Any other reasonable tasks or duties required by management, for the role of Quality Control Technician Skills require for to role of Quality Control Technician * Fluency of English language, both verbal and written and able to communicate effectively * Minimum one year's experience in food manufacturing or analytical laboratory * HNC Food Technology or relevant qualification/ equivalent experience If you believe you have the knowledge and the skills required for the position of Quality Control Technician - Please forward your CV Should you require any support or assistance on your application, please contact your local Gi Group office directly.
