You will help ensure optimal production, maximum efficiency, and the highest standards of quality, food safety, and hygiene. As the Assistant Production Manager you will: Support daily operations to deliver consistent, high-quality production. Schedule production efficiently to meet demand. Monitor and maintain product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards. Optimise performance - minimise downtime, maximise throughput and efficiency. Support planned maintenance and assist in troubleshooting plant breakdowns. Prepare weekly and monthly production reports. You will have: Experience in food manufacturing or food production. Level 3 qualification (e.g. Degree/HND in Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Safety & Quality).
