Your new company A respected UK housebuilder requires short-term Site Manager cover on a new build housing development in Cumbria. The site is well-organised, with ongoing works requiring experienced oversight for a brief period.
Your new role You will provide 2 days of Site Manager cover, ensuring the safe and smooth running of a live new build housing project. Key duties include managing on-site trades, maintaining health & safety compliance, monitoring quality, and keeping progress on track during the cover period.
What you'll need to succeed Valid SMSTSFirst Aid at WorkProven experience managing new build housing sitesStrong understanding of health & safetyAbility to step in quickly and maintain high site standards
