Drapers’ Academy is seeking a new Home School Attendance Officer. The Home School Attendance Officer is a member of a team of school staff who work together to make sure that all pupils achieve their full potential at school by achieving and maintaining excellent attendance. The Home School Attendance Officer works at the direction of the Vice Principal of Drapers’ Academy and works within the attendance team consisting of two other members of staff. The Home School Attendance Officer will analyse data and work alongside the Pastoral Team to support pupils who are not attending well and put measures in place to improve attendance. The post holder will be expected to work with families and their children and where appropriate across the MAT schools to improve whole school attendance and reduce persistent absenteeism.
