Our Client is seeking an experienced and passionateHead Chefto take full ownership of their kitchen operations. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver great dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen brigade, fostering a positive and disciplined working culture.
Culinary Excellence: Plan and develop creative, high-quality menus that align with brand and seasonal availability.
Operational Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and supplier liaison.
Financial Control: Manage food budgets, labour costs, and achieve Gross Profit (GP) targets.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health and safety protocols (Food Safety Management Systems).
Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Expert knowledge of culinary trends, kitchen management, and financial reporting.
