I'm currently working with a well-established business that requires an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator to join their finance team on an interim basis. This is a 3-month contract, ideal for someone who is immediately available and looking to step into a busy, hands-on role.
The role will involve:
Processing and posting sales invoices
Allocating customer receipts and maintaining accurate records
Producing and updating weekly sales schedules in Excel
Chasing overdue debt and resolving invoice queries
Supporting purchase ledger and general finance administration where required
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous sales ledger experience (purchase ledger exposure a bonus)
Confident IT skills, particularly Excel and accounting systems
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
