Essential Experience (Non‑Negotiable)
A minimum of 6 years working as part of a team within a video production agency. This is core to the role.
A showreel that clearly demonstrates agency level storytelling, technical skill, and creative judgement.‑level storytelling, technical skill, and creative judgement.
Able and willing to work from our Fleet studio (M3 Junction 4a) This is an in‑studio role.
Salary £32-£35,000 depending on experience.
What You'll Do
Turn briefs into sharp, original ideas
Challenge thinking to reach the strongest creative outcome
Work directly with clients with clarity and confidence
Develop concepts, treatments, and storyboards
Film with three camera lighting setups and strong technical control‑camera lighting setups and strong technical control
Operate Sony camera systems and associated kit
Edit end-to-end, including colour, sound design, and mixing‑to‑end, including colour, sound design, and mixing
Explore and integrate AI tools into modern production workflows
Help shape how our studio evolves its tech, processes, and creative approach
What You Bring
Proven experience across the production process: editing, sound, colour, and filming, client liaison.
Deep knowledge of Premiere Pro and the Adobe suite
After Effects/VFX experience is a bonus
Strong understanding of AI in creative production (AI driven content is a big plus)‑driven content is a big plus)
Confident communication and a collaborative mindset
Integrity, clarity, and respect in how you work
Ability to manage your own time and deliver independently or in a team
Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for human centred storytelling‑centred storytelling
Full clean driving licence and own transport (studio not accessible by public transport)
