High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - September Supply Needed!
Location: Wellingborough & Rushden
Salary: Competitive Salary (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible
Start Date: September 2025 or ASAP
About the Role:
As a HLTA, you’ll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning – delivering interventions, covering lessons, and helping to raise attainment across Key Stage 1 and 2. You'll work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support pupils both in groups and on a 1:1 basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
* Lead small group interventions across core subjects
* Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN and EAL
* Contribute to planning and assessment alongside teachers
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Confident leading whole-class learning when required
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A positive, can-do attitude and passion for education
