£60,000 - £70,000 Per Annum
We at Jackie Kerr Recruitment are excited to be recruiting a Manufacturing Manager for a forward-thinking, manufacturing company who carry out work for sectors including Aerospace, Defence and Medical!
The successful candidate will report to the Manufacturing Director.
Manufacturing Manager Main Duties:
* Achieving the manufacturing objectives as set by the Board of Directors
* Planning, coordinating and controlling manufacturing activities to ensure quality, cost and delivery metrics are achieved
* Capacity planning to ensure that resources are available to achieve the manufacturing plan
* Management of manufacturing employees including recruitment, appraisals, training and disciplinary matters
* Managing all aspects of Health and Safety in the manufacturing area
Manufacturing Manager Skills and Experience:
* Management experience in a manufacturing environment
* Resource management and planning
* Understanding of financial and operating metrics
* Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic business environment
* Strong communication skills
