Reporting To Client Service Manager
The Role:
1. All Client Service Advisors within Metric are the first point of contact
2. resolution to customers through all access channels (phone / e-mail)
3. Respond to all types of customer enquiries and resolve wherever possible,
4. taking ownership and resolving in quick time.
5. Carry out all administration functions relative to customer services
6. effectively and within agreed service standards.
7. Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships and delivering
8. outstanding Customer Service every time.
9. Answering calls in a professional and friendly manner
10. Replying to customer emails promptly, informing them of information and
11. timescales in which work will be completed.
12. Be confident enough to ask questions and open to learning new skills.
13. Have the ability to work well within a diverse team as well as work
14. independently when required.
15. Able to work with all levels of stakeholders from Managing Director to
16. fellow Client Service Advisors
17. Always comply with businesses confidentiality and information security
18. policies - (training provided).
19. Have a good understanding of GDPR & Cyber security - (training provided).
Your Responsibilities:
20. To answer the phone within 10 seconds of the call connecting.
21. To answer customer e-mails within 1-hour of receipt
22. Learn all first line technical on all of our equipment to ensure you can best
23. assist the customer and reduce engineer call outs
24. Always keep the customer informed, even if there are delays
25. Assist you line manager with any other additional duties
