Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver engaging and motivating lessons across the KS3/4 curriculum.
* Adapt to different educational settings and meet the standards of various schools.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
* Be available throughout the week to accommodate an increasing number of bookings.
* Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in the KS3/4 curriculum.
* Availability throughout the week to meet the demand for supply work.
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* Ability to deliver engaging and motivating lessons.
* A driver is desirable to facilitate travel between schools, but this is not mandatory.
