About The Team The HICSS team provide operational support for the Endoscopy management software used at UHS and at partner Trusts, as well as delivering regular upgrades to enhance and expand the functionality within these applications. Core hours for the HICSS Commercial team are 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. Ownership of the planning, organising and management of implementation, training and support resource in the delivery of commercial digital projects. Provide project management support to the Head of Product Delivery, Commercial manager, Product Owner and Implementation Manager in delivering the HICSS programme. Effectively and independently manage a complex workload with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
